Coconut

Traditionally an oral Ayurvedic therapy from India, oil pulling is currently a growing trend. Recent studies show that oil pulling reduces gingivitis, plaque, and microorganisms that cause bad breath. You may ask how? Most microorganisms inhabiting the mouth consist of a single cell. Cells are covered with a lipid, or fatty, membrane, which is the cell’s skin. When these cells come into contact with oil, a fat, they naturally adhere to each other.

Using coconut oil for pulling gives you the added benefit of lauric acid, which is well known for it’s anti-microbial agents. Maybe just start with five minutes a day and when you’re finished be sure to spit it out into the trash, not the sink, as oil could clog your pipes.

Empty pixels buzz and swirl in the loud heat of the day. Without judgement form emerges moving at speed, real time channeling from within. The mind wiped clean, purity of expression allowed to gush, if only for a moment.
