Yoga appears to improve immune function in part by lowering levels of the stress hormone cortisol, and yoga asana may boost immunity by improving the circulation of lymph, a fluid rich in disease-fighting white blood cells like lymphocytes.

Yoga encourages healthy behavioral change to long-term health…the best overall preventative medicine there is.

MBSR – Mindfulness-based-stress-reduction is a group program that focuses upon the progressive acquisition of mindful awareness.

CBSM – Cognitive-behavioral-stress-management includes relaxation, group support, and instruction on coping strategies.

What do you get when you invite me to your corporate conference, fly me to Las Vegas, provide a suite at the Cosmopolitan Hotel, give me a 12 hour deadline, 300 head shots of your attendees, a combined 60,000 lumens of projectors, A LOT of money and an equivalent amount of pressure?…… If you’re lucky you get something close to what I delivered to the Jive World team at the Jive Software Annual Summit last year

The final projected art measured 160 x 25 feet tall

We had an incredible time sharing and teaching digital art and ideas for 2 days to a sold out classroom of amazing and talented students. My deepest thanks to the team of organizers that went so far out of their way to ensure that from touchdown to takeoff it was a flawless experience for all involved. I leave Bogota with so many fond memories, new friends and a cow hide I purchased on the streets to warm future cold nights in the Night Rainbow.

Watching Embrace burn Friday morning at Burning Man 2014 was one of the most powerful experiences I had on the playa. This image is my best attempt to capture that moment, as thousands of people witnessed the hard work and dreams of so many ignite in a blaze of glory. It was a moment in time I never want to forget and now I can relive the experience each time I view this image.
