Mary Lisa

Mary Lisa

If she was sensimilla this is what she would look like. Integrating mother nature into Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa encourages the viewer to take another look, a sideways glance if you will. An all-time classic infused with a bit of drug culture.

With the edge of my hand…Jimi Hendrix is indescribable. This is a 3-plate lithograph from my college days. I used a xerox transfer to capture the essence of Jimi but ironically because it transferred opposite it looks like he is right handed. My bad, Jimi is definitely a lefty.

Main Street

This black & white time elapse is from my high school days, corner of Main & Mill Street in Aspen. After I took this class a friend hired me to develop black & white film in his private lab, with 24/7 access to a tapped keg. I wasn’t into beer but I was definitely into his film.

SKY

SKY

This is the first painting I did in Max water based oil paints. Looking outside at the sky all I could see was pixels. Vibrations are also present in SKY.
